We will communicate, listen, consult and inform you about your rights and responsibilities.

There are various Acts and Regulations which make up the legislation that applies to OC’s.  As your manager we will inform you about both WHAT we will be doing and WHY we will be doing it.  Also, if something can’t be done, we will explain the reasons why.  We will also actively seek feedback from your OC at regular intervals.  We believe that great results and long-lasting partnerships come from working together and ensuring two-way communication.
