Our management service fees offer value for money.
The management service fee is an activity-based charge which takes into consideration the scope of the core financial, administration, compliance and property management activities delegated to us under the Contract of Appointment. The type and size of the OC provides a methodology to estimate the scale of the management task. Key considerations may include:
- The number of lots.
- The fixtures, fittings and chattels within the common property to be maintained.
- Any services provided to owners/occupiers within the OC.
- The existence of a maintenance plan.
